This restaurant was a perfect place
to launch this sushi blog.
We went to San Antonio, originally to eat at Goros
but since they were closed, we discovered this one.
This place is like a little Japan.
Just the atmosphere is worth the trip and time.
The waitress, Jen, was very helpful.
Service is good.
The sushi came out quickly (about 5-10 minutes).
The mute busser was nice to bring the house special sauce
to go along with our sushi.
Overall, it's good affordable sushi for a special occasion.
Not for a regular day.
Special Sauce:
Sanbaizu (mix of soy sauce, vinegar, and sake).
